We’re pleased to offer limited camping spaces for self-contained motorhomes and caravans over the Harvest Festival weekend. Please read the following information carefully before registering.
Key Information
- Camping is free, but registration is essential.
- Sites are unpowered and have no access to water, amenities or facilities.
- Arrival from 9am, Friday 20 February 2026
- Departure by 5pm, Sunday 22 February 2026
- The road will be closed Saturday 21 February, 7am–7pm, so vehicles cannot enter or exit during this time.
- Sites are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (riverside or paddock). You may be guided by event staff.
- No tents to be erected on the site.
Site Rules
- The festival site and camping area is on a private working farm.
- Do not park in front of gates or access ways, and do not open or close gates yourself.
- If the landowner or event management asks you to move, you must do so immediately.
- Please park sensibly and respectfully so that everyone can fit into the site.
- No fires, fireworks, or barbecues under any circumstances.
- All vehicles and belongings are brought into the camping area at your own risk.
- You must remove all rubbish and leave your site clean and tidy.
- Campers cannot access the event site or use facilities (including portaloos) outside festival hours.
Festival Access
- Camping does not include festival entry. To attend Harvest Festival, you will need a valid festival ticket.
- Entry on festival day is only through the main entrance gate. Early access to the festival site will not be permitted.
- No pass outs. Once your ticket is scanned, re-entry isn’t permitted. This is to ensure we adhere to our alcohol licence requirements.
- Food and beverages for personal use are allowed in the camping area but not inside the festival site.
Behaviour
- Please respect the land, neighbours, fellow campers and festival staff.
- Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the site.
- Event management and landowner reserve the right to revoke camping privileges at any time.
Pets
- Pets are welcome in the camping area only and must be supervised or safely contained at all times.
- Owners must clean up after pets and ensure they do not disturb others, livestock, or wildlife.
- No pets are allowed on the festival site.
- Pass outs to check on animals may be approved by prior arrangement only.

Booking a motorhome site does not provide you with access to the Wairarapa Wines Harvest Festival site.
